Relación entre ansiedad y ejercicio físico

Resumen

La relación de la ansiedad con la actividad física ha sido estudiada desde hace décadas. El deportista profesional, por un lado, puede sufrir una disminución de su rendimiento por padecer ansiedad, pero, por otro lado, también el ejercicio físico puede servir de ayuda para reducir los niveles de ansiedad de ciertas personas. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una revisión de la bibliografía existente acerca de la relación entre ansiedad y ejercicio físico.
